Front: Lightly incised at center: “Manitou. / [in very small lettering:] Aug. 9, 1896”; set within a diamond (flat top and bottom) against a stippled surface and bordered by an incised single line.
Rear: Lightly incised: “Augusta.”
Spine: Double banded with two incised, hatched bands.
Foredge: Recessed, flat, polished surface.
From Manitou, Colorado, probably Garden of the Gods.
