Front: Incised pattern of a heart formed from dots with a small heart, four more dots and a cross suspended from the main heart’s center join. Surrounded by an incised single line border. All decoration painted gold.
Rear: Incised design of a simplified, linear church with a cross within its central arched section, a smaller cross above the arch, and three more crosses located at the top and sides of the peaked roof. Incised decoration painted gold.
Spine: Two bands, incised: [top:] “INRI” and [bottom:] :IHS” Incised decoration painted gold.
Foredge: Slightly coved and polished.
