Front: Compass & square with “G” centered, all in relief on a stitched background. “Magazine/Chapter” roughly incised, top and bottom.
Rear: Photograph of 5 men in Masonic regalia inset under glass. Glass appears recaulked. Two small leaves in corner.
Spine: Vine with 3 leaves and tendrils.
Foredge: Flat, inset, with parallel lines.
Highly unusual to have group photo, all in Masonic regalia. Attached label (old tape): Eugene C. Robertson/Gideon Society/Magazine, Ark. Dealer says book came from estate of Thomas B and Anne D. Avery, 2371 Brook Hollow Cover, Memphis, Tenn. 38119.
