Front: Deep relief carving of the hand of God pointing downwards from a burst of rays towards a book set amongst clouds. Set within a deeply incised canted corner rectangle which has been painted gold. Small gold flower-like decorations at center of two bottom curves.
Rear: Deeply incised canted corner rectangle which has been painted gold.
Spine: Three bands, each comprised of two incised, gold painted bars. “HOLY / BIBLE” incised at top between first and second bands
Foredge: Inset, painted gold and striated to denote pages.
