Front: Very lightly incised center image of an angel holding a bow tied ribbon with six ringing bells hanging from it. Traces of paint in lines of angel. Sprigs of red flowers with green leaves lightly incised above and below the angel.
Rear: Deeply incised corner edges and hinge line.
Spine: Three sets of raised, double ribbed bands.
Foredge: Coved.
