Front: Lightly incised design of a central fern frond set on a diagonal with a small fern-like form on either side. Chamfered edges with incised diagonal lines at top, bottom and right.
Back: Same incised design as front.
Spine: Convex shape. Incised with the initials “H / B” with an incised fern-like form on either side. Two deeply incised bands, one at top the other at bottom.

1. Fore edge is coved.
2. Probably by the same maker as Stone Book # 0086.
