Back: “Forgetmenot” incised with incised crolling decoration, surrounded by same double border as front.
Spine: “MAR/BLE”/ incised image of eagle with spread wings/” BOOK”. Four pair of double incised bands. All incised lines with oxidized copper/gold color.
Page Edge: Deeply coved with oxidized copper/gold color.

Very unusual image and inscriptions.
