Front: Lightly incised flower and vine pattern with the word “MEMENTO” above it; set within a rectangular, single-line border.
Rear: Lightly incised image of clasped hands with leaves and a wing-like form below them.
Spine: Flat, polished surface without decoration.
Foredge: Flat with very flat striated carved rectangle at center.
Clearly carved by the same person who did the McKinley memorial books.
