Front: Deeply incised cross surrounded by incised pattern of grapes on a vine. All surrounded by a single line incised border. All incised decoration painted gold.
Rear: Deep carved oval with “LOVE” incised at center, simple vine and flowers incised above and below the word “LOVE.” All surrounded by an incised foliate pattern of a vine and flowers. All incised decoration painted gold.
Spine: Incised decoration comprised of two bands, each with a specific image. The top band depicts what may be an open book with tassels at the bottom; the bottom band reads “HOPE” above two crossed keys. All incised decoration is painted gold.
Foredge: Coved and painted gold. Top and bottom edges painted gold as well.
