Front: Polished surface with carved decoration comprised of a curtain surrounding a heart at the top, joined hands at bottom and the word “HOPE” incised below that; all surrounded with a hatched, rope-like border.
Back: Polished surface with carved decoration comprised of a curtain surrounding a window with crossed mullions and a crown-like form at the bottom with the initials “FLT” incised at bottom; all surrounded with a hatched, rope-like border.
Spine: Three sections of crosshatched, incised bands with the word “Love” incised between them.
Foredge: Flat and polished.

Very complex imagery well executed.
