Front: Incised Lily of the Valley blossom with leaves, surrounded by broad stitched band with concave corners. Strongly chamfered cover edges and prominent hinge line.
Back: Bold initials “A.M.R.” in script, surrounded by same border of stitched band. Same chamfered cover edges.
Spine: “Holy/Bible” is bold script.
Foredge: Clasp in relief with coved foredge, dark bronze paint.
Large handsome book. Very skilled work.
