Front: Lightly incised at center: “Garden / of the / Gods / Sept. 12 / 1912”. Inscription surrounded by a more deeply incised border of double lines filled with zig-zag pattern. Lightly polished background.
Back: Blank but lightly polished.
Spine: Blank but lightly polished and slightly rounded.

1. Coved edges, each decorated with same incised zig-zag pattern as on front border.
2. Wedge-shaped form.
