Front: Lightly incised, stippled surface heart with a smaller, polished surface heart set within it. Hearts placed within a deeply incised, bevel-cornered central rectangle.
Rear: Lightly incised, stippled surface name “FANNIE / LEEPER.” set within a deeply incised, bevel-cornered central rectangle.
Spine: Three raised bands; top and bottom have two ribs, center has three ribs.
Foredge: Coved and polished.
