Front: Deeply incised: “D.W.S.” with incised vine-like design above and below. Incised portions painted black with some paint now missing.
Back: Deeply incised: “Nov. 17, 07” with incised vine-line design above and below. Incised portions painted black with some paint now missing.
Spine: Three raised bands; top and bottom bands composed of two bands, central band composed of three bands. Incised lines marking bands have been painted black although some paint is now missing.

1. Deeply coved fore edge.
2. NOTE: Front and back covers are interchangeable; ie: either could serve as the front.
