Front: Deeply inset central hexagon with concave sides; darker toned, smaller, raised and polished hexagon with concave sides at center of inset form. Heavily incised line border surrounding all. Inset circle (damage/hole?) near lower right corner.
Back: Undecorated and unpolished.
Spine: Curved and unpolished; no bands.
Fore edge: Coved with rough surface, slightly lightened, suggesting pages.
