Front: Deeply inset but blank center rectangle, probably intended to contain a decorative element.
Rear: Deeply incised cross.
Spine: Three bands; top and bottom bands comprised of two incised lines, center band comprised of three sets of two incised lines each.
Foredge: Inset with striations representing pages.
