Front: Polished surface with raised initials “C.N.” on deep-set, stipple surfaced, diagonally placed central rectangle; surrounded by incised border with incised leaf pattern at each corner.
Back: Polished surface with incised octagonal shape at center.
Spine: Three sections of raised bands, comprised of two raised bands at top and bottom and three at center.

Edges are inset, flat and polished.
